"Recovery Day"

Went in to my workout feeling pretty beat up today.  I was happy to see that Front Squats were NOT on the agenda, although they do show up again tomorrow and Saturday...again.

Today was meant to be a recovery day...so I took it

Deadlift

275x3
315x3x3

Power Snatch
95x2
105x2x7

Handstand Practice


Ultimate Conditioning - Wednesday 1/19/2011

 DB Lunges   20-20-20
then:

AMRAP 15 min
10 Power Cleans (95/65) OR 10 KB Squat Cleans (52/35)
15 KB Swings (52/35)
20 Double Unders OR 60 singles
